For this Exec Chef role, we are looking for an experienced, passionate & nurturing chef for this role, which could then develop into a regional area role!
• Experience (10-12 years)
• Experience & knowledge in all aspects of kitchen operations from the ground up, but a master of Japanese cuisine
• Previous 5* luxury hotel experience and if you have also worked in one of the worlds best Japanese Restaurant brands, this is preferred
• Working with a dynamic multi-cultural teams
• Experience running training programmes
Salary package Offered: $5,000 + USD tax free per month
2 year minimum contract, 1 paid trip home per year, accommodation provided, hotel service charge, management benefits, medical coverage, 1 month paid leave per year, 14 public holidays granted, would suit a single or someone whose spouse works in the hospitality industry, no children can be accommodated on the island.
