EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF – STUNNING FINE DINING RESTAURANT – SINGAPORE
Excellent opportunity for an exceptional Executive Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef who is looking to join this fine dining restaurant in Singapore. This role would report to the Executive chef and scope to progress into an Exec Chef role is excellent for the right individual. .
The Exec Sous Chef role would ideally suit someone who is currently working in a top restaurant in an International City – ideally with strong Asian cooking skills too.
Culinary Diploma or Certificate.
5-8 years managerial experience in a top fine dining restaurant or luxury 5*hotel
The candidate should possess a comprehensive and diverse culinary background that suggests a well-developed set of skills in terms of being able to cope in a large, diverse kitchen & restaurant environment.
Knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines is a must, their preparation and service
Understanding of the latest culinary concepts in a broad range of cuisines
Knowledge in using a computer for administration work
Good knowledge on basic accounting and calculation of food costs
Skills / Abilities / Presence
Excellent logistical, culinary and leadership skills.
Able to instill safety and sanitation habits.
Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is advantages.
Willing and able to work shift work.
Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
Salary package Offered
SGD8 – 9k packages and dependent upon experience
