HEAD CHEF – NEW JAPANESE RESTAURANT – EQUITORIAL GUINEA, AFRICA!
Very exciting opportunity for a THAI / ASIAN or JAPANESE Head Chef to open this new restaurant in Equitorial Guinea which will be the first of its kind!
For this Head Chef role, we need a Head Chef with experience of Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, Teppan aki etc., and who knows to clean, cut and fillet fishes.
Years of experience: 3 years+ in a good quality Japanese Restaurant
Commencement of employment: Anytime as soon as possible
Job brief includes:
- Preparing food
- Creating menu
- Buying fish in the market
- Controlling food material in kitchen
Work hours: 8hrs, 12:30-23:00 (A break time of 15:30-18:30)
Day off per week: 1 day
This job role is open to applicants who want to relocate directly from Asia or Japan – no International experience necessary.
Salary Package plus benefits:
Basic salary USD1000-1500 plus accommodation, one way air ticket, visa, vacation leave and health insurance
