The Human Resources Manager - Corporate will support the CEO in areas of human investment and optimization towards the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its drive to attain revenue, profitability and growth.
S/he will manage the day to day operation of the Corporate Human Resources Department, and also ensure the constant implementation of the company’s HR policy and procedures at the corporate and hotel unit levels, while providing a high level of human resource knowledge, expertise, leadership, training, and influence.
With a strong passion and affinity for the human resources profession, this individual must be a team player with an engaging and approachable style must possess professional and personal agility and flexibility, strong analytical and strategic problem solving skills, is highly results-oriented, driven and focused. Having the ability to balance multiple priorities and issues in a global environment is key.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field; Master’s degree preferred
Local hotel market experience in Kuwait
International HR-related accreditation preferred
10+ years of progressively responsible human resources experience in hospitality is a must
Multiple location/hotel HR management experience is a must
