The Role:

Service Management

Produce effective revenue forecasting

Maximize revenue and increase average spends per person through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training and motivational techniques

Work with F&B Cost Control to ensure stock takes are carried out in a timely manner and to ensure food and beverage cost control targets are maintained

Meet or exceed the monthly drink profit margin target 

Qualifications & Experience:  

5 years of guest service / hotel experience with one year in a management capacity

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

Strong Leadership skills in managing teams

Ability to manage complex relationships.
