The roles we are recruiting for currently sit as part of their operating board – in other organizations these roles would be at Managing Director, Regional MD, Country Director, CEO, COO, VP or President level. We are looking for key business influencers who can manage turnovers in the hundreds of millions and billions (£/$) with experience of managing not only operations but also central functions such as finance, HR, IT, Property etc. Multi-national experience is a real bonus as is a successful career trajectory.
The business has had unprecedented growth since we started working with then in 2010 and they are looking to the size of the divisions we are recruiting for (Retail Fashion and Homeware) over the next 5/7 years using a number of different approaches and have not ruled out acquiring competitors / businesses where there are synergies globally. Due to the size and scale of the business they are often (and have previously) created portfolios of business to suit a high potential individual joining them.
They are open to individual who have not lived abroad before, however previous international experience / ex-pat experience is a real advantage.
Salary and bonus packages (as well as relocation / living allowances) are substantial and well into six-figures ($/£). These are flexible based upon contribution.
