This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef or Sous Chef Pastry with formal training in Europe and preferably with Asian and Middle Eastern experience to join the team of this luxury internationally recognised Hotel group. Newly opened 5* Hotel in Dubai with upscale signature outlets and banqueting facilities!
The role requires at least 3 years working experience as a Pastry Chef or Sous Chef Pastry as this role is the right hand of the Executive Pastry chef. You should have proven background with a recognised 5* Hotel group and preferably from a medium size property with banqueting facilities for upmarket clientele and multiple dining outlets.
Working directly with the Executive Pastry Chef and in charge of all Pastry kitchen operations in their absence with a Pastry brigade of multi-cultural chefs this is a great opportunity to be part of this recognised Hotel group with Iconic stature and recognition.
This role would suit a very talented and innovative Pastry Chef from a Gastronomic restaurant background or boutique luxury Hotel with attention to detail and innovative a la carte pastry and dessert creations for upmarket and multi-cuisine outlets that can be creative and hands on to high standards. Looking for a motivated pastry Sous chef that can be developed into an Executive Pastry chef for the group over the next few years
The client can offer an excellent Salary package of around AED8000 salary monthly dependant on experience, with company accommodation plus Expat package, medical cover and annual flights plus excellent benefits.
