The Regional Account Manager will lead the charge in their territory to identify and implement an optimum route to market strategy while ensuring the company brands and the wider portfolio are perfectly positioned in each channel.
You will be leveraging new business opportunities by expanding the distribution of the business portfolio in existing markets or opening brand new markets.
You will need to scale epic new heights in building brand equity.
Forming strong and strategic partnerships with distributors will be at the heart of all that you achieve.
Increase volume, market share and profitability in existing markets
Full P&L responsibility.
Negotiation of annual terms and conditions, completion of contract renewals
Acquisition of new customers and countries
Deep dive analysis and identification of opportunity/gaps in existing countries
Deep dive analysis and identification of opportunities in new markets
Awesome continuous customer relationship management
To ensure a structured and detailed reporting system with customer and within the company
Development of marketing and strategy plans for our brands in line with global strategy
Development of investment plans while benchmarking and ensuring ROI
Development of launch plans, to support new channel/retail listings
Execution and monitoring of existing distribution agreements
Degree in business related discipline
This role will be based in Singapore, working within the key market, autonomous working is a must
FMCG background (drinks industry would be a bonus!)
Experience in one of these key areas; Finance, Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing
Must have some International experience or be able to demonstrate EXCEPTIONAL domestic experience in an international market
A strong line manager who has experience with managing a remote team
