The Venue:

A prestigious restaurant in a world renown luxury resort in Singapore, this business is one of a kind! Known for its luxury and high end status giving it a rarely used “celebrity restaurant” title you will not have seen many resorts and restaurants similar to this in size and stature!.

Duties will include:

Meeting and greeting guests
Managing a team of floor staff
Leading and developing a team of Assistant Managers
Making sure all service standards are high
Creating real moments of hospitality to all guests
Looking at rotas and leading the team
Assisting the GM with financial reports and financial responsibility

The Person:

Needs to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards
Work in a professional yet friendly manner
Be a team player and assist where required
Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team
Be able to manage strong team of staff
Must have solid restaurant experience at a senior level
