TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – MALDIVES!
I am looking for a very special person to come on board as TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for this fantastic Hotel Group in the Maldives!
The service offered is very bespoke and personal and all about the guest having an amazing experience on this island. We need a candidate who understands this and can ensure that staff members are given all the tools and coaching required in order to deliver exceptional standards of service. We need someone who can inspire the team and who will further bring the service culture to this property!
We require an individual who has a minimum of 5 years experience in a 4* or 5* hotel and it is preferable to have had island, cruise ship or remote area work experience, or at least understand what island life is all about! You must be able to prepare training modules for all levels of staff and analyse training needs.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Studies and / or qualifications as a Hospitality Trainer or similar
Salary Offered: USD3,500 net plus per month
Annual Bonus Plan: eligible for 1 to 2 months salary, net
Single accommodation, laundry services, uniform
Health Insurance, limitations apply; paid sick leave
1 day off/week (can accumulate to maximum 8 days, then use it or lose it,
one day at a time)
30 days annual paid vacation leave after completing one year contract
11 annual public holidays (can combine with days off or annual leave, only)
Economy class airfare to report to work/home leave
