Job Details: Chief Financial Officer- Sports & Leisure Resort P
Presently we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer for a multi-line business in Phuket. Its primary business is in hospitality (sports club and resort) and also includes a construction entity, a school, a sports marketing agency and an organic food distribution business. A strategic-minded CFO who will lead a team in management of a multi company’s financial and operating data, in order to: i) provide long-term budgets and real-time analytics for monitoring performance and making strategic and operating decisions to maximize return on capital; ii) satisfy tax and regulatory requirements; iii) ensure timely and efficient processing of all financial operations, including purchasing, receivables and payables; iv) ensure tightly-controlled cash management and prevent leakage; v) satisfy the requirements of existing and potential equity and debt financors; vi) act as an integral team member driving process in strategic initiatives, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and major capital projects.
