Job :HR Supervisor Training & Employee Relations
Location(based): Maldives
Our client is a leading Luxury travel company in Maldives currently recruiting a experienced Training & Employee Relations officer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, conduct, coordinate and implement training programs for the staff in line with both the company’s and
employee’s needs
• Create knowledge presentations, hand‐outs, questionnaires, etc
• Assist in various HR functions as required and needed
• Follow up and submit report on HR policy procedures implementation
• Initiate and organize staff welfare, sports and social activities for team members
• Participate in department budget preparation and administration in relation to Training and Employee
Relations only; monitor and control expenditures
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the human resources field as related Training, Employment, and
Employee Relations
• Assist in updating Employee handbooks, manuals, and procedures & policies
• Initiate and maintain relationships with training agencies and other training vendors
This position reports directly to the Group Manager, HR & Training Development. ]
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2‐3 years’ experience in the Human Resources and Training field, ideally within the hospitality,
sales or customer service sector
• Excellent computer skills – especially the MS Office Suite with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills on Business level
• Enjoys to be part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude towards work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to encourage and motivate people
• Ability to work with and relate to staff at all levels
• Analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Provide a positive company image to the public
• Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations
• Diploma in Human Resources Management an advantage
