Production Executive Pastry Chef- Resort Hotel and Restaurant Group - EGYPT
Our client is a regional Egyptian Resort Hotel group and is looking for an experienced Head Pastry and Bakery Chef for their Production Kitchen outside Cairo in Egypt
The role requires a talented, passionate Pastry Chef with French Bakery or Boulangerie style Shop production experience with excellent stable working experience in Five star Pastry, Bakery and Bread department responsible for the Production of Breads and Speciality Pastry products for Multiple outlets as well as exposure to Middle Eastern products, European Breads & Pastries and Speciality Breads with previous working experience in the Middle East or North Africa.
You will need to be a great team player who enjoys training and developing junior staff and working with strong local workforces. This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience of at least 2 years working as a Production Pastry Chef and building up a team and ensuring excellent quality of product and delivery.
At the moment this large Central Production kitchen supplies at least 2 Boulangerie outlets with room for expansion to supplying the groups other restaurants and resorts.
