The contents of the site such as text, graphics, images, button icons, logos and other information or material is the property of asiacaterer or of clients that pay to use the services of this site. Unauthorised use of this material many violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Acceptable Use of the Site by a Candidate
The site is intended for use by individuals who are seeking employment from the clients, recruitment agencies and recruiters who utilise this site. For the avoidance of doubt there is no direct cost for the use of this site, levied by asiacaterer to candidates/jobseekers. Asiacaterer authorises you to view and download a single copy of the user information or material from the site solely for your personal, non commercial use.

Candidates can only utilise this site for personal use and posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate CV will lead to immediate terminate of the rights of the candidate to access the site. Asiacaterer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the right of the candidate to access the site as it's sole discretion.

Acceptable Use of the Site by Employers
The site is intended for use by employers, recruitment agencies and recruiters (employers) to attract candidates/jobseekers as potential employees by postings job advertisements. Asiacaterer authorises you to view and download a single copy of the user information or material from the site solely for your personal use directly related to the purpose of securing potential candidates from your posted job advertisements.

Employers may only post advertisements that represent a single vacancy and the use of blanket adverts with multiple geographies/properties is not permitted. If you have a password assigned to you allowing access to non public areas of the site then the employer agrees that this password cannot be distributed to any third party. Unauthorised distribution could lead to termination of the contract and the immediate removal of the client's posted job advertisements.

Advertisements must not contain URLs or links to any other websites, material of which you do not have the copyright and permission to utilise, or any material that could be considered to be offensive. No material that is pornographic or sexually explicit will be accepted or tolerated.

Employers must not post email addresses or URL links that have the effect of attempting to bypass the candidate registration process though the site does allow for direct access to a specific URL address to assist client internal processes and procedures.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Asiacaterer does not warrant that the site will operate error free or that its server is free of computer viruses or harmful mechanisms. If the use of Asiacaterer or the content results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, Asiacaterer will not be liable for such costs. Asiacaterer content, material and services are provided without any warranties of any kind. AsiaCaterer makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the content, CVs, material, services, software, text graphics and links in this site.

Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
In no event shall Asiacaterer, its suppliers or any third parties mentioned on Asiacaterer be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost dates, or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use AsiaCaterer and the material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.
